I have been at the Arches for almost 5 years and it has been a great experience. The maintenance and leasing team are always there when I need anything and always happy to help. And I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!!
Check out EVERYTHING in the unit to ensure it works and is clean before you lease! Once you are locked in, slow to react. What a huge disappointment 😒
Location is great. Units are fine. The reason I would not recommend this place is because of the parking situation. They have created an artificial scarcity by designating over half of the parking spaces as reserved and overcharging for them. This causes a lot of people to park on the street, which at times can completely obscure the view when exiting the complex. My husband and I lived here for 2 years and we really enjoyed our time here. The office staff were always helpful and kind. The few issues we had with neighbors were handled by the office in a timely manner. The actual apartment was great. We especially loved the updated, spacious kitchen. Also, for being so close to DAL, it felt very quiet and secluded. We only moved to be closer to our jobs. Overall, a great place to call home.
First and foremost I can’t say enough good things about Ashton, my leasing agent at this property. From the moment I met her she treated me like a king. She made me feel welcome and at home and was truly happy to help me no matter what silly questions I had. She listened to what I was looking for and sat down with me to find just the right place at the most affordable price. Moving is always stressful and rarely a fun process but I'm not sure I've ever had a leasing agent go out of her way to be as helpful as Courtney. There's something particularly genuine about her friendliness that really helped put my family at ease as we got everything in order. So far, our experience at the Arches has been a good one. The minor issues have mostly been addressed quickly and the unit is very spacious, the location is just what we needed and the price is absolutely a deal.
I have lived at Arches for over 3 years now and haven't had any problems! It's a great location and value! Rent increases are reasonable compared to other complexes in the area. They offer fun events for the residents, and maintenance is always quick to address anything that might come up (small stuff to major stuff, and I've had both). Also, when it comes to pets, they love them! They will spoil your fur baby especially when you stop by the office on a walk! The office staff is great like that! :)
