RecommendedTammy in the office is always so friendly and maintenance is fast! Love having a pool and gym to use. Overall great place to live at a good price.
Apartments are extremely loud between floors I can hear EVERY step my upstairs neighbors take and it is miserable when they are running around/jumping/working out which is often. I don’t recommend living on a ground or 2nd floor unit.
A lot of break in w car’s. They community will kick you out of the know for reasons unexplained. I’ve been here 6+ years and they don’t tell ya why they kicked you out. Also don’t leave a message for management, ever!!! They will never ever get back with you. Btw they raised the rent non stop with NO IMPROVEMENT. JUST SO YOU KNOW. BTW I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE SWA EMPLOYEES TO EVER COME HERE

The staff is friendly and professional. Great spot in the metroplex.
Just transferred with The Arches in November. Like my new place, spacious with a good sized closet. The island and storage are helpful also. I really like my place. Staff is nice and location is close to work.
