I used to rent with archer team homes and they provided me with the best customer care when I lost my job during the holiday season they brought a box full of goodies and gifts for my little one they where so kind and thought full I wish to go back again when my lease is up thanks! archer team homes!!!

Took over 3mos to finish move in work orders. Customer service is not good. Not friendly office staff. I was treated Poorly by office staff and now i will no longer go in there or call. My apartment was dirty when I moved in. And carpet was old and stains came back up. Kitchen vinyl aweful condition. Plumbing doesnt work. Very unhappy. Maintainence is very friendly and nice.
The worst rental company. If you are looking to rent from them keep in mind this company is who you will have to work with. We had a broken (would not open) door, took over a month to fix. Broken ac, took 2 weeks. Now our heater is broken and we can't get anyone to call us back. Shame on them.
