I was supposed to view a property at 1pm. I was there from 12:45-1:45 and Dennis never showed up to the property. It was not just me who waited, it was also a family of 3 to view the property. We were left in 100+ degree heat. I attempted to call three times with no luck. If I can't trust them to show up at a time they suggested then what else can't I trust them on?

Archer Team Homes is a honest and efficient company to work with. I have done business with them for over 15 years and they have always been quick to respond to my phone calls and requests. I highly recommend this company.

My wife was looking at rentals with the Archer Team(Actually with Girl Archer) and she found Gail to be very professional and took the time to show a number of houses before a decision was made on the perfect home. From that experience my wife and I would definitely recommend Archer Team Home Property Management.

Its simple, they do a fair and honest job of Management. I have been dealing with them for over 10 years. Sure there are up and downs when you deal with many different kinds of people. I am very happy with the work they do, and am very glad that they do it.

This is the worst rental company I have ever worked with for an apt. They don't return your calls and rude when you go into the office to ask questions.

Terrible customer service, can never get ahold of anyone to discuss concerns. We finally moved out and now they want us to pay $500 on top of our $1150 security deposit when we left that house better than it was when we first moved in. We just had to file a small claims case against them to get our money back. We're hardworking college students who need the money and they don't even care. Don't rent through them!!! Also, Dennis will NOT return your call by 5 pm despite what his voicemail says.
