Great team We recently moved in CP and we amazed by the great team there. Everyone is so supportive and helpful. You can really see how everyone there is doing there best to get you settled. Everything went really so smooth and we are so happy here.

The best place to live in Grand Forks This is the best place in Grand Forks when you compare with your options in the area. On site staff are great Facilities are kept clean and grounds are nice You more likely to have a better view than the other apartments The price point for the amenities and quality

Great place The office staff is friendly. Always there for your needs. Halls are kept clean maintenance is quick to fix any issues.

Decent place to live Grounds are kept clean. Rules are enforced. Nice neighbours. Front staff fantastic. Rent prices about average but keep on creeping up. Wall AC unit is lame. Some (?all) 1bdr dont have AC in the bedroom, no mind in winter, but those summer months can be hell trying to cool the room, just FYI. Amenities are nice.
Amazing place to live I am so extremely happy with my choice to live at Cardinal Point apartments. I went from owning to renting and was nervous about the choice. I have heard so many stories of horrible management and I am excited to report I have had nothing but an amazing experience. They are so so on top of everything here.
