Arcata Apartments Arcata apartment has been my amazing home for the past three years. The staff in particular is what makes the building a home! The leasing staff and maintenance man, Nelson, are all so incredibly accommodating and kind!
Best Apartment & Best Staff I have absolutely loved living at Arcata, it truly feels like home. Our maintenance guy Nelson is amazing and always on top of it. As soon as I put in a maintenance request, he knocks on my door with the biggest smile!! He’s fast and efficient!
Love it here Hello everyone! I’ve lived here for 7 years and I love it. It’s a good quiet with great service. Maintenance staff Nelson is the best and always so nice!

On call Maintenance Just moved in and accidentally dropped my keys down the garbage shoot along with my garbage, like an idiot!! However, I called our on call maintenance and Matt showed up within the half hour and that poor guy dug through the ENTIRE garbage for me to find my key at the bottom of the compact garbage bin, in another bag!!! Matt and his partner did not give up looking and when he knocked on my door with my key, I wanted to hug him!!!! Great People. Great Location. Great Amenities I have lived here 6 months and really enjoy the excellent management (Jim, Ashley, Ike, and Julia), the upscale facility, great neighbors, and Central location. The staff were very supportive when I moved here and work to keep the place clean and up to date. They also strive to make it a community and hold monthly events so you can meet your neighbors. Pretty Good. The location is absolutely perfect. 5 min to downtown, yet still able to quickly get out of the city if you are wanting a weekend away. Small, but nice looking apartments. All of the office staff is nice but one of them, Ashley is absolutely incredible, I have never seen a office person vacuuming hallways before, but it shows that they really care about how the place is presented on a day to day basis vs just waiting until the next cleaning crew arrives. Love it here!
