Clean Beautiful Apartments My apartment was really clean and truly felt like home when I moved in! Being pet friendly is one of the best things as I am a dog lover. The staff is really kind and was easy to talk to. They really wanted to help me find the right apartment for me.

Amazing Apartments Staff is super helpful and kind. The apartments are nice and updated and clean at move in. The building offers so many different amenities love it here!

Not great I would not recommend that anyone choose to live here and here’s why: like others have stated, unfortunately, it seems like management doesn’t really care about their residents who pay a good chunk of money to live there. The pool table and darts board are basically unavailable for use unless you’ve purchased your own equipment due to vandalism and (as of writing this) extremely limited office hours. Terrible move-out experience Great facility while you are living there but terrible move out experience. I cleaned really well and even rented a carpet cleaner prior to moving out but they added all these cleaning fees and claimed of a smoke smell when I don’t smoke. Unbeknownst to me, I moved in after traveling from Ohio so I never saw the unit before I moved in. They rented me a unit where the previous dog had peed all over the carpet. Rent increases yearly! Increases in rent yearly are understandable.... but $60+ a year, not cool yo! Getting a canned response from the manager is all you will get if you question it. (good luck even getting ahold of Brook if you need something.) No one answer the phone! The maintenance guys both come into your apartment at the same time to fix things. Apparently it takes 2 people for everything? Creeps me out. Dogs barking constantly, loud noises in the hallway and parties in the pool every night. Community living has been ... read more

Nah Was communicated with staff that we didn’t want showings in our apartment due to covid in general. We were told that was fine. Then we were contacted and told there was a showing coming so of course, my roommate agreed because he didn’t think he had a choice. Tried to email higher-ups. Of course, never the office staff’s fault. Thankful we moved out when we did. Used to love it! Changing my rating from a 5 star to a 1.

Gone Down Hill Good luck reaching someone in the office. They are NEVER there and don't asnwer the phones. Hours posted are incorrect. Place used to be well kept, residents were well informed and staff was friendly. This is no longer the case. I will be moving out!

Look elsewhere I have lived here for over a year now. The past 2 months have been terrible. Good luck getting a hold of someone in the office, they don't return calls. They aren't open the hours posted and there typically isn't a sign to let you know they are closed. I've asked to speak to the manager several times and haven't heard back from her. The pool is filthy on the weekends and is just a big party place. The halls and maintenance aren't kept up like they once were. Pride is no longer taken in this place and it is a s... read more
