We hired Arcadio and his crew to repair and refinish the floors in our duplex apartment. The floors needed serious repair, in that after the pier and beam foundation was repaired, two corners were very low and needed to be built up to look right. We also found a few places with rot underneath. His crew repaired all of that, then refinished the floors, and they look outstanding! Had damaged flooring from a burst pipe. Job wasn't that large, but he showed up time, was courteous, did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and for a fair price. Cannot ask for more.
