From start to finish this company was professional, thorough and quality driven. They kept us informed along the way, and answered all of our questions and concerns. We felt very accompanied on the journey of this major investment to our home. We highly recommend ARC Roofing for all of your roofing needs.
They cold call and harass non stop, I have received multiple calls and asked multiple time to not contact me. I was met with anger, cussing and threats. I would not deal with them
TWO WEEKS!!! Wow...it took me longer to get around to writing this review then it took ARC Roofing to do my new roof (over 2,700 sq. ft.). As with any company it starts and ends with the owner. Ruben Collado (owner) was the main reason we selected ARC Roofing. From our first meeting to the end of the process, he demonstrated a level of professionalism. More importantly, he showed that he cared about our satisfaction. Strongly recommend them.
ARC is the best roofer I have used in Miami. Ruben is professional, knowledgeable and super punctual. He has done several properties for me including several commercial warehouses. I definitely recommended ARC.
