ARC added 14 inches of insulation to existing insulation in my attic. ARC explained what insulation would work best and provide the best cost/benefit to a provide a R-60 rating.The project started on schedule and was completed in one day. Very smooth process, talked with ***** about what would work best for my home. He was very detailed with explaining why he felt cellulose was best for my home. Very quick turnaround after coming to agreement of the scope of work. Appreciate the efforts of *****, ****, ***, and the crew that came out to get everything done (even when it was 100+ outside).
***** was great! He provided a detailed and knowledgeable assessment of the mold issues in our attic and explained why it was present. He gave us his recommendation for how to get our attic healthier and explained to how us why the 2nd floor wasn't cooling off in the summer months.The installation crew performed our service over a two day period. They also explained that they did and showed us all the pictures of the finished product. I highly recommend ARC Insulation for your attic mold and insulation issues!
The entire process from beginning to end was well communicated. Everyone was on the same page regarding the project. The work crew was on time, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up everything. Overall everyone was focused on our needs as the homeowner. It could not have gone any better.
We used ARC after we had COMED do their home energy assessment. One of the recommendations from the home energy assessment was that we update our homes insulation in the attic and the walls. COMED offered a rebate if we used one of their contractors to do the work so we reached out to ARC to do an assessment. ***** came out to look at our home and gave us what he thought we could benefit from and get the most bang for our buck. ARC Insulation did a great job for us in helping to get our house ready for sale.
