Overall, it was a great experience, and I was pleased with the final results. I was having issues with keeping my second floor at a reasonable temperature without having the first floor frigid. I was looking at potentially going dual zone, but it seemed overkill for the size of the house. First, ***** was so nice and gave a warm vibe. He did the estimate. He didn't have that used car salesman feel like another company gave me. (US insulation) ***** didn't try to oversell me.
