The entire team at ARC wis wonderful! I'm not the easiest person to deal with and had lot's of questions. ***** P always answered my calls and questions and put my mind at ease. I had some mold and other issues in my crawlspace that needed to be addressed. The crawlspace work came out great and now I'm looking to get my attic done as soon as some funds become available. Highly recommend ARC Insulation. ***** was out to give a quote several months ago for insulation removal and replacement with foam insulation. Quotes were very reasonable and ***** was very knowledgeable. We opted at the time not to proceed due to other ongoing projects, but recently uncovered structural issues with our house which. Required us to remove the insulation. 5 stars for sure across the whole company. Great service from start to finish. They did what they stated they'd do, were professional, courteous, prompt, and attentive. Returned emails and calls and followed through with questions and helped with Nicor and my cities rebate programs.
