Arc Insulation replaced the insulation in our attic this week. The attic is on the third floor, and the old insulation was in bad shape! The crew was courteous, thorough, and considerate of our home. There was not a speck of debris to be found when they finished the work. ***** ********** followed up with us after the first day to make sure everything was going well and assigned two crews the next day so they could finish in 2 days. I highly recommend them!
Excellent experience working with ARC. Informative and clear instructions on how to prepare for the installation and what exactly the work would entail. The crew was very professional and didn't make a mess. After they were done you couldn't tell anyone had been here. We can feel a difference immediately in the comfort level throughout the house and we no longer have wide temperature differentials between the basement and the top floor.

Arc was great from the start. We were given a complimentary consultation by ***** *******, who gave us a detailed explanation on the issues we may have with our attic insulation and why our energy bills may be so high. We chose to have our attic insulated and our ducts sealed. Our ducts saw a 93.5% improvement, and we immediately noticed the difference in the temperature of our second floor. Great experience with the **************** ***** was very knowledgeable on insulation products and services. **** V and ****** from the service crew were very friendly and kept us updated throughout the process that didn't take much long and left no mess around the house.
Used them to insulate the ceiling of a garage that was causing the room above it to be very cold in the winter. The crew did a great job.

The entire team at ARC wis wonderful! I'm not the easiest person to deal with and had lot's of questions. ***** P always answered my calls and questions and put my mind at ease.
