We used ARC to re-insulate our attic and noticed a difference in the home temperature immediately. We have a two-story home and were having issues with the upstairs always being too warm/cold despite what our thermostat was set to.***** was great to work with! The ARC Insulation team was very professional from start to finish. They explained the process and why certain procedures were used. Additionally, all our questions were answered in a clear and understandable way. They treated our house like it was their own. Everything was left clean etc. We did have one issue that required them to return. But they did so quickly and willingly to resolve the problem.

ARC Insulation was solid from the estimate with ***** ******* to install and final walk-thru with ***************** ***** walked us thru the process, told us what to expect and answered any questions we had. **************** were great installers, they protected our flooring, walls and personal items during the project. Main issue we had was sweating in our high ceiling areas and in the sunroom from what was determined to be insufficient insulation. Moved into a house that needed A LOT more insulation and bathroom vents properly vented out roof. ***** T came out to check the whole house out and was super helpful with any questions I had from start to finish. **** and his crew were great as well. I had a small open-air crawlspace insulated with ARC, I was really happy with the whole process and result. ****** ******* and ******, were great.. everybody was timely and communicative while getting the estimate and scheduling, and the crew was right on time, efficient, clean, and thorough. Pricing was reasonable and on the cheaper side of the appropriate price range.
