We live in an older house and of course would feel the heat in summer and cold in winter on the 2nd floor. Saw the ARC truck at a neighbor's house and we reached out to him for a referral. David came by to give us an estimate, I was impressed that he did wear a shoe cover, brought his own ladder (yes, had an estimate from another company and I had to provide the ladder). David was very professional and knowledgeable as he walked me through the what my attic needed to meet and exceed code. He never tried to upsell me and provided me with a quote of what I was looking for. The installation team of Antonio and Mauricio were amazing. The took care of the surroundings to not make a mess going back and forth from the attic. The end result was nothing short of great. It’s nice to know companies still exist out there that still keep the customer in mind.
I have been doing business with *** for at least 15 years and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone in need of their services. Professional from the moment they walked in my home to install flooring in my upstairs attic until the time they finished the job they never stopped until the job was complete. Recently discovered that the heat vents in my slab home were failing and I was getting a lot of dust and dirt whenever the A/C came on. ARC came in and sealed everything up nice and tight. It was very interesting to watch the procedure and the guys were obviously familiar and knowledgeable about the whole thing. Very professional and efficient.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I was pleased with the final results. I was having issues with keeping my second floor at a reasonable temperature without having the first floor frigid. I was looking at potentially going dual zone, but it seemed overkill for the size of the house.
