Im so happy with my decision to have ARC remove old insulation and install new in my *********** home. From start to finish it was a top notch job. ***** did a thorough inspection of my attic and explained everything that needed to be done. A technician came out to check pressure levels the day before work began. The crew did an excellent job and were very respectful. My contact with ***, the owner, and his office was great. I would highly recommend ARC to anyone who is considering new insulation.

I recently had insulation installed to my homes attic in ***************, ******** by ARC Insulation and I can not be happier with the process and the results. My experience started with the consultant, *******************************, coming out to the house. ***** did an analysis of the current insulation. His recommendations were impeccable and the expert professional crew upgraded our attics insulation to todays standards quickly and efficiently. We do not have a basement, and our floors were always cold. We also were getting multiple estimates for the new varnish and were recommended to do isolation before redoing floors. We called various places within a 100 miles radius. We got a few estimates, and ARC was the only company that did not charge for the estimate. *****************************, who came over for the appraisal, was professional, attentive to details, and explained what needed to be done. I'm a big fan of ARC Insulation! ***** was extremely helpful and was fast and consistent with communication. He spent 2 hours walking through our house and answering all of my questions and taking a look at everything with his thermo imaging camera. The pricing was fair and we ended up insulating our basement ceiling with cellulose, as well as a porch ceiling and sprayed foam in our exterior crawl space. Start to finish it was a great experience working with ARC. ************** came out to evaluate the current state of our attic and to provide an estimate to air-seal and add insulation. He was very nice, thorough, and he took the time to explain some of the basics about the process. He was easy to communicate with via email and/or text as the work was scheduled and to follow-up with after it had been completed. Arc's representative ***** did a through and very professional evaluation of my home to determine whether I needed additional insulation. More importantly, he was honest - he determined I did not need their services and told me so. You can't do better than that.

We recently had ARC insulation insulate our attic and are so pleased with the results. It's so warm in the winter that we don't even need blankets upstairs anymore. They had very good communication and were very professional throughout the job, including taking the time to protect our floors while they worked. Also they were Covid aware, which is a plus for seniors like us!

***** our sales rep, the work crew and the office staff were all great. So professional, prompt and did great work on time. They completed our attic job in 2 days. ***** came on day one and set up the crew. They removed all the old insulation, caulked everywhere that needed to be caulked, laid down new insulation and did a fantastic job on the clean up. Our home is pre-****, and the new insulation really made a difference in the temperature of our home and it's also much quieter on the 2nd floor.
