The people that I worked with in the company were Jean in the office and representatives Robert and Tom are very professional people. Jean is very nice, helpful and pleasant to talk to. Robert and Tom are very professional, knowledgeable and great personalities. They explain the work that needs to be done so you understand what they will be doing and show examples of the work they do. We chose ARC over its competitors mainly because of Robert, ARC’s sales representative. Robert gave detailed explanations and submitted a detailed proposal of the scope of work. He also was open to negotiate the price. It took 8 hours and a hard working three-man team to do the job. When job was done, the lead man went through the scope of work listing in all details. We needed to rehab a family member's attic and crawlspace that had no ventilation and mold/moisture as a result. Jay came in and based on his experience, he assessed exactly what was needed to fix all of the problems. His team came in and created proper ducts for the kitchen and bathroom vents, cleared all of the soffit vents, added more roof caps, added baffles, removed all of the old insulation and added new insulation (to R49) and removed ALL of the mold. I highly recommend ARC. They did our new insulation with absolutely no problems. They cleaned out our attic first and removed old moldy insulation and debris. They then installed the new insulation. They were professional at every step of the process and left no mess of any kind. Every step of the process was as described.

I would highly recommend ARC Insulation ! Kevin came out and examined the attic. He explained the problems and the solutions in great detail. Any questions were answered and I felt this was the right company for the job. The work crew were very professional and hard working. When the job was completed they clean up everything and you would never know they were even here. Kevin even stopped by the check on the status of the work. I was impressed with their service. Great company !!

ARC did an excellent job. Robert explained all that had to be done, showed us what they would do, took many pictures and gave us a detailed report on the damage in our attic. The crew that came out to do the work were also great. They cleaned up after themselves, and showed us pictures of what they did. Each and everyone acted in a very professional manner. We would highly recommend them.

This is, in my opinion and experience, one of the few companies in the industry who really done a fantastic job on delivered exactly what was quoted/scoped with a fantastic customer response and service from begin (scheduling for an estimate, the estimator came on-time and well equipped, answered all my questions/concerns with pictures on area of my attic needing attention and how to go-by address those problem areas, scheduling for the delivery team to start the project etc.) to the very end (the delivery team cleaned-up af... read more
