In November of 2016, ARC installed insulation in my attic of my two story house. Prior to that, Tom ********* came out and told us just what the ARC company did and how they tested the before and after as far as what difference the insulation made.They were very professional, and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. We compared prices with other companies, and this company" BY FAR". did the best work that I could have asked for. I had called for ARC to come out and review the insulation in our attic and specifically to diagnose cold spots in the northern part of our house. We set an appointment and Jay came out as promised. After spending a solid hour+ reviewing all my concerns he agreed to provide a detailed quote on the work needing to be completed. This was done on Nov 16th, and was told the quote would be completed by the weekend. We never heard from Jay again.
