I will never eat at another Arby's again anywhere until that employs and manager are gone. An apology is not enough. What the hell do you teach employees anyway.

I'm so thoroughly disgusted with your organization and your employees, Angel Mirabal, and Kenneth Davenport who refused to serve the police officer. First of all you need to fire both employees if you are truly sorry. You can let Davenport know that it was not a misunderstanding, or a joke like his Grandpa claims. I wish it was possible to give negative stars, but I guess I'll have to settle for one. To refuse service to someone because they're a police officer is disgraceful. The employee(s) involved in this should be ashamed of themselves and they should be fired.
