You should not cave in to the police harrasing you!... The officer might have had bad service but she was served even though there is a huge smear campaign against you by the Pembroke Pines Police Department. I believe what they have done is illegal and you should get a laywer involved. I plan to go to Pembroke Pines Police Department and file a complaint against the officer Martin and the sargent that filled out the complaint.

You do not deserve to be in business! I can not believe you allowed that to happen. I won't be back again.

I hope for your sake that the thugs aren't lining up to rob your place. But wait. That won't work because the police WILL STILL do their job, even though the ones they are saving treat them like crap. Never will I come back to your restaurant. And you can't even decide if you should fire the person for refusing to serve a cop? You can't be much better, then.

Arby's at it's very best has never been very good. They routinely close "under-performing" locations so this would be an excellent location to shutter.

In this country one does have the right to refuse service. For any reason. Deal with it.

Shame on you!!! Not serving a Police Officer. You don't deserve one star, bit I had to give it to you or I couldn't make a comment. You are being boycotted across the country.

I've never eaten there but after the incident with the police officer rest assured I never will. While the company supposedly issued an apology, the manager in question apparently was not fired as he should have been.
