screwed up my order then when I tried to call the store the phone number on the receipt is a disconnected number. as of yet they haven't made it right or even called me back ( I called the 800 number)

Every time I come here they got the order wrong. And if they do get it right they do something out a wack like cut a line in my wrap but don’t cut it in half. Rude customer service also. If I say Arby’s sauce and you look at me rude and say that it that all you want. Then imma answer back with the same tone. Y’all got a new building and everything to bring the same lazy attitude people in and mess things up. It’s a no for me.
Despite there still being a mandatory mask mandate, not one single person—manager included—was wearing a mask today. Also, they seem to not understand the simple phrase “no mayonnaise.” In fact they interpret it as “extra mayonnaise.”
Stopped for lunch for 3. I didn’t look into the sack until I got home. Only got 2 out of 3 sandwiches. Called, the Mgr; she did not like my attitude. Spent $30.83. She could/should have said I am sorry and what can I do to make it right. All she wanted to do was argue with me about my attitude. Won’t be going back ever!
