The female manager here had a very UGLY ATTITUDE. We ordered a meal with a sweet tea and an extra french fry and we were given hot tea and we didn’t receive our second french fry. When we asked if we could have some ice in it they said the ice machine was broken. We asked If we could have a soda if it was cold instead of the sweet tea and the manager looked at us and said what is the problem ? in a mean sarcastic tone. this is the friendliest arby's in central alabama
Went to get my kids lunch with cash in hand and the lady behind the counter said it was free when she checked me out. I said what do you mean free? For some reason she said it was free and didn’t take my money. Well we sat there forever and I finally went back up there to find out they canceled my order because I didn’t pay???? I tried to pay but you wouldn’t take my money. It would have been nice if they would have said they made a mistake instead of me sitting there forever to find out that I had to reorder.....
I ask you 3 times for bronco berry sauce. Got home had NONE!!! Wow. Thanks.

Bring back the Market Fresh salad with the option to add Turkey! It had better taste and a better price than the new salads.
Nothing worse than ordering a combo and not having fries when you get back home.

I normally have a good experience at this location but today 04/07/2018 at 2:45 pm my experience was awful. My potatoes cake felt soggy like they had been soaked in water or cold grease, my flavor of drink was put and zero effort or concern from anyone and my food order to about 15 minutes. We came here due to previous good experiences but that was blown away today! :(
