Just went through the drive thru. Ordered two meals and requested free kids meal. Was told by rude attendant you can only get free meal if you come inside and don't use a coupon on your food. Also, ordered brisket without bread and received a bowl full of crumbles...not slices of meat. This is my third bad experience with this location...3 strikes and you're out.

While the employees were courteous, there is no sense of urgency at this Arby’s. Everytime I have gone through the drive thru, I have been told to park and wait. We only ordered fries this most recent time & waited 10min until my husband finally went in to check on the status. There were many fries stacked and ready to go. Apparently, the staff had completely forgotten that we were parked and waiting. They were apologetic...but, unfortunately, this scenario literally happens every time. Horrible place!! Got my order ALL WRONG! Food was cold... Will not be back. Will be contacting the manager! Hire employees who will PAY ATTENTION.

Came through the drive thru and was told to pull up because my chicken was not cooked. I pulled up, waited over ten minutes and never received my food. I finally had to leave or I would have been late for work. My husband went back the next day to try to resolve this and was told to come back when another manager would be on duty. Not sure if anything can be done now.

We were driving home from Florida and drove thru for our dinner. After paying $25, my chicken was terribly overcooked, and this we had to wait extra for btw, and the beef and cheddar sandwich was less than fresh. The girls didn't complain and I'm glad theirs was ok. But, it seriously irritates me to get served crappy food from anywhere, it's just wrong. So no good review from me :-(
