I recently moved from the Park at Forestdale. Unit 213D is a hazardous and flooding unit. I told management about how water enters my apartment when ever the neighbor wash up stairs. I have put in several requests concerning this and I have been ignored and lied to. I would have renewed my lease but the mold and water damage got me sick.
