They have been ok but I always have issues with getting the right dates for my scripts or having them sent to the pharmacy. I've also been without a physiatrist with months now because the old moved on. The new counselor that have is better than the last one that was falling asleep during our sessions Maybe she was going through some personal stuff. She was super nice but it is nice to get some helpful feedback
Terrible administrative staff especially the billing department. Tried for a week to discuss my bill and no one called me back. Totally unprofessional. I will not be using their services again.
The counselors I worked with were wonderful and Im sad to leave them. I struggled with the administration/billing department. I had been there for a year and had multiple issues with my account to the point it wasn't worth staying.

I was in a financially, emotionally, and verbally abusive relationship with a woman when I used their relationship counseling services. Devin, the non-binary counselor that we were assigned to, failed to recognize the signs of abuse I was experiencing and ended up empowering my abuser. I was basically forced to attend these sessions by my abuser and it should have been very obvious that I was uncomfortable and under distress in these meetings.
