I will rate The arbors in Maitland horribly on any public website available because of their horrible management team. I will advise anyone considering this property to look somewhere else. Their management team is far from friendly or helpful. Don't bother calling their office, you won't get an answer or a call back no matter how many voicemails you leave. I really love this place. So much greenery around and the security system is very good. We have friendly neighbors. Cleanness everywhere . Though we would appreciate a playground for children, a park area, where parents can take their kids for some fun time.
We really enjoyed living here while we searched for a home to buy. Everyone is very nice and the complex is very well maintained and clean. My only con to the complex is the disrespect and inconsiderate people that have dogs and do not pick up after them. The complex offers numerous "free" trash bags and stations through out the complex for all to use and some people are just rude.
