Pros: Community is mainly quiet most of the time. Maintenance crew is Timely. Staff appears to care and willing to help. Cons: not kept as clean as it should be. However there was a change in ownership and hopefully that will change. Leaves everywhere which are just blowing about by the lawn crew and ultimately kills the grass, however, with the new management I am hoping for change. I see lots flags were demolition appears to be going to take place which looks positive. The big downfall is the doggie park which is pitiful, ... read more

Absolutely loved living at The Arbors for 2.5 years. Great amenities, convenient location, roomy apartments, friendly staff. Residents of all ages with varying family sizes. Definitely recommend �
If our entrance and exit gates worked properly, this would get five stars but the gates are constantly broken. Hopefully the new owners will make it right. Other than the gates, I LOVE this place. I've always had good experience with the office and maintenance teams. Maintenance in my apartment is definitely five stars
