As a tenant at Arbors at Maitland Summit I am proud and feel safe 24/7. The courteous staff makes it worthwhile to live here.
the 'managers' here have lied and deceived me and my family since we moved in here. I seriously would not recommend this place to my enemy. Since we moved in we have had issue after issue with appliances, electrical outlets, ants, dirty carpets they claimed were cleaned on move in, trash everywhere in the parking lot, the lingering smell of garbage, trash pickup comes when they want to, lying staff and most importantly we were deceived about the unit we were suppose to move into. dont let the exterior landscape fool you! loo... read more
never fixed anything I put a maintenance request for, or took multiple times to ask. installed wrong curtains and was told the correct ones would be put in within the first month, but it took 3 mo ths and me asking, and then they still weren't even the correct size. charged me an extra $700 for my final month because they forgot to change the amount owed. I left with having $900 in credit from that $700 and $200 deposit, and was told I still owed another $350 for the carpet. which was apparently the only issue with my place ... read more
