Arbors has been a great place to live with a great mgmt team. I love the neighborhood itself, aesthetics of the grounds and responsiveness of the staff. Its a safe and beautiful place to live! 😀
The arbors is amazing and a safe community I love the new paint job. shalonda and cristine were very helpful giving us information about the arbors
We just moved in over a week and a half ago. The apartment is great and spaceship. The community is quite and very clean. Updates are great and cannot wait for the buildings to be all white.
friendly new staff,Enjoy living here. The new Service supervisor was great. Its a great place to live.
I am giving it 3 stars because of my one new issue. Every year you are allowed a free carpet cleaning. In the last 9 years we have been here we have never taken advantage of it and I decided it was time. So, I call and schedule one. They never show. I call the office the next day and was told that they would come that day, they never came. Not sure if it is free because it does not get done or because someone is really messing up.
