The staff is maybe one of the laziest offices I have ever seen. I had to request my lease 5 different times over email, three times over the phone, and even physically went into the office to request it and they didn't until I called the corporate office to get involved. Then, I was initially charged a month-to-month fee because they alleged I hadn't sent them my insurance.
