I worked with Ms.Lakeyla she was AWESOME. Within two days I was approved with keys in hand. Everything she said she was gonna do she did. She stayed in contact with me. I didn’t have to blow her up or anything. She would call me before I could call her. Ms.Lakeyla definitely is a 10/10.
Mrs. Lakeyla is the best! She was working the front by herself. She did everything she was suppose to do to get me approved & she was very patient. I definitely recommend West Town Cottages.
Great management team! They have been nothing but helpful with our needs. There communication is outstanding and done in a timely manner. The property is beautiful!
It's a decent community, but now they're letting people run auto repair shops right out of the parking lot. It's led to a bunch of annoying noise and a constant stream of outsiders who don't belong here
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. My mother rented over 10 years, most of the time her appliances were broken, carpet was disgusting. She was charged almost 1300 a month plug garage fees, does not include utilities. My moms neighbor told me he was paying $1500 for the same space. Well my mom died of cancer. When we cleaned her apartment the dick owner Joe from Coventry Management refused to return even $100 of a security deposit even though photos of cleaning were done and they had nothing to clean. Thinking of moving here, DONT. NO maintenance. Dogs unrestrained; owners allow dogs to drop where others live and walk away. Community rules mean nothing more than price of paper they’re written on. I’ve been paying for a garage go almost a year, 10 months, can’t access. Request fixing in May; all they did was close maintenance request as having been done; now want me to submit another request although first not done. I have been living here for a little over a year and this is my first apartment that I have leases and it is amazing. The property manager and the handyman are both friendly and cool people. The environment is very friendly. 10/10
I still don't have cool air flowing in the apartment I rent it's been over 100 degrees outside and 82 degrees inside this apartment. How long is it going to take before I either pass out from a heat stroke or die. It's hard to function in conditions like this and I'm told the same lies. How long Spring Lake, how long?!!?
I have been complaining about rats since the beginning of February and the company has done nothing to solve this issue while I was still paying my rent on time. I’ve asked to have my rent reimbursed for this month so that I can vacate this rat filled apartment to find a new place, days later this is their response. It’s like they are doing me a favor by waiving the early termination fee, when it’s their negligence caused this issue.
