If I could give a zero star, I would.. This company paints itself friendly, knowledgeable and professional, this is not the case. The manger’s the supervisors and workers are full of lies. They are unorganized. They do messy jobs. They tried to convince you with change orders. Stay away from these jokers! Bunch of fools! Big talk and don’t deliver. When stuff hits the fan all they’re do is pointing fingers at each other and walk away . There is no accountability with these wannabees.
Horrible customer service. Don't return phone calls. Left 6 messages. Dumped mulch on the side of the road illegally
The owner is great, very knowledgeable about his field, I appreciated that the office was responsive and followed up with me. The tree work was done well, they showed up early and finished quickly. I was pleased with my service. They were respectful, professional and did everything I had asked at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
My experience with this company is unlike any others and has nothing to do with trees. But it does say something about the characters of the people who work there. I was living in an RV. I had decided to sell it. Being parked on three street where this business is it caught the interest of a very nice man who inquired about my RV. I decided to sell it to them.
