**Updated 12/20/2017** We have a new management team and they are WONDERFUL! I have far fewer complaints since they came in because they actually enforce rules and they get stuff done. There are far fewer pets off leash and far fewer piles of puppy poo littering the community. The troublesome neighbors were finally evicted so no more complaints there. Arbor village took my administrative fee to move into an apartment and has failed to contact me despite me leaving a message 4 times now. They took the money and ran with it. I will be finding an attorney soon. Renter beware! I think they sold my unit from under me.
I've been living at Arbor Village for a few months now and have no complaints! I love the location and the community!
