I have had such poor customer service with this complex. We lived here for 6 months, the original property manager was sweet when I brought my puppy in, then gave my fiancé a super nasty attitude, and myself towards the end as I was asking questions about my lease buyout. My fiancé and I had decided to leave this complex and move back to NY to get away from the ignorance we experienced in this complex and the south in general. I live here and I love it five stars plus
Very costly- pest problem from valet trash that came into home- (trash is outside of doors for hours), fleas at dog park. Over priced
We lived here for about 7 months after moving to Summerville. The apartments were clean, the grounds well maintained, and upgraded many things while living there. The people who worked on property (Whittney, Anna, and Samantha) were outstanding.
We just moved in and love it here! In the 7years I’ve lived in South Carolina this is the first place that’s felt like home. Thanks to all the amazing residents that treat eachother like family and the women in the front Samantha and Anna who are so welcoming every morning!
