I love living here. It is very well maintained and the staff is top drawer. They are friendly, helpful and always pleasant. It is definitely customer friendly. Even if the customer is four legged.
The absolute best place you could live in Tallahassee. The apartments are clean, quiet, and very nice looking. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I had absolutely no issues living here, and would have stayed a long time if not for leaving the city.
Arbor Trace was perfect to my husband and I while we lived there but they screwed us when we moved out. We left the carpet in our apartment spotless and in as good of condition as when we moved in and they claimed it needed to be replaced and sent us a bill for it with no notification of the carpet being in such condition. They will try to suck as much money out of you as they can.
My family and I have live at Arbor Trace for 5 years. I believe it's the best place to live do to the staff that really cares about their residents. They keep the grounds well groomed, special events, and safe environment. I love living here at Arbor Trace. Jack Milam
