New Ownership and management is doing a great job, even through these difficult COVID times. The parking is fixed and a $1mil facelift is gonna make this place shine! Holly is back with Craigen at leasing, thank goodness.
We have been in our apartment now for 2 years with very little problems. It is a kid and pet friendly environment with walkways throughout the complex. Pet stations frequent the area so you are able to clean up after your pets and dispose of it properly. Centrally located at the property is a playground for the kids. During the summer months the pool was nice and relaxing. We have lived here for over 2 years and love calling this place home. It’s a super quite complex, very kid friendly, neighbors are great! We have only had 2 problems since living here and they were fixed right away. Holly and Quan are both super sweet and want to make sure you have everything you need. If there’s a problem they try to do everything to resolve it! Thankful for this complex and all the people that live here!
The staff is great. Holly especially helped me alot with transitioning from El Paso to here. She helped me get everything done by phone and place was ready by time I got here.
Very nice complex, quiet, kid friendly, been here for around 3 years. We have never had any problems. With market rates going up, our rent is still fair priced. If you have any concerns or problems, I would definitely go talk to Holly in the office. She is very knowledgable and will help you with anything and everyrhing you need!
This is a nice quiet complex and the prices are great compared to others in area go take a look! Be sure and talk to Holly she is awesome and can answer all your questions !
My family and I have lived here for over 2 years now. The complex is quite and the neighbors are very friendly. It's very kid friendly here and it's safe to allow my kids to go outside. When things need to be fixed I am satisfied that it gets done in a timely manner. Holly, the assistant manager, is very sweet. She always have a smile on her face and willing to do anything for the residents here. I am so glad to call this place home.
