I have been waiting a month for them to fix the fence they broke while cutting down my trees. They have stopped returning my calls.
The company personnel could become more caring to the damage they cause and respond to those they damaged. I could not get a response to any requests and ultimately sued the company. No surprise they turned out to be deadbeats too.

Highly recommend Arbor Master. We had a HUGE gumball wrapped around a giant pine threatening my neighbors house every time a storm rolled in. It was in a really dangerous spot. They fit me in within a week of a reasonable quote and removed both trees in less than 2.5 hours. My kids absolutely loved watching all this happen. No property damage, very minimal sticks and leaves left (they did a better job than I do raking in the fall 😆) I would recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and insured tree removal specialist!

While cutting up a tree in my yard, Arbor Master's equipment cracked my driveway. Stephen assured me that he would repair it. After 6 months and over a dozen phone calls made to Stephen, I have given up on believing I will ever see Stephen again. In addition, there was inappropriate behavior and conversations between him and my female tenant living at the house.
