Arbor Hills is great! They planted three large trees for us, and we could not be more pleased. We thought their price was high until we saw what was involved in the process of digging a tree at their farm, transporting it to our house, digging a hole, and planting the tree. Hired AHTF to remove an existing autumn blaze maple damaged from a severe wind storm in June and replace it with another ABM. Tree removed and replaced 7/11 by AHTF. I called Jerry from AHTF the following day, disappointed with the condition of the area surrounding the tree (not repairing damage grass and ground area, dirt extending 8"-12" beyond spade line onto the grass - 1" to 2" deep, 6'-7' area of cedar mulch extending & beyond spade line, grass/sod patches buried in the dirt and not located back to their original spot... read more

Tree & stump was removed which requires heavy equipment & can pull up sod. Customer was not present so he is not aware of plywooding of yard and measures to minimize turf damage. Rootstructures can be large will take extreme force to remove. Tree was planted per horticultural & industry standards. Arbor Hill Tree Farm has provided great service for this customer as well as thousands of others for over 30 year. I believe this customer is fabricating petty grievances for financial gain.
