I just moved here and it's so peaceful and I love it
Worst place to stay . Maintenance trash and so is management. How do you wait til move out to fix a fridge. So a whole year for an ice maker never came and also evaporated motor was going out .Lost food but didn’t bring it up Claim the new system knocked out work orders . No communication skills , everything always we will get back with you .
The management and maintenance are always kind and on top of things! Very clean and kept property (also pretty quiet)! I have great neighbors and a super cute place to live! (Picayune, MS)
All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to live !
Horrible place to live. Air conditioner doesn't cool appt. Maintenance never fixes anything. Toilet broken and he said he's coming right back. He lied. I can't believe they can get away with this. I want the main office not one in picayune
