good dentists but I've been going to Arbor Dental Group for some years now; and while the dentists there are good I have an issue with thier staff. I think some of the girls in the reception area are kind of rude. They seem to cop and attitude when you ask them for clarification on appointment times, trying to validate eligibility or just general questions. I think they need to learn how to provide better customer service. The dentists are nice but I think they should replace their reception staff.
Great overall experience!! Really good experience at the office. The staff was able to fit me in for an needed appointment. Dr. Mark was thorough and explained all of my options. The office was very clean and organized and the staff all seemed to get along great. A very professional and relaxed atmosphere. There was no high pressure sales like my other experiences. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new Dentist.
Awesome Dentists!! I have always been terrified of dentists and my husband talked me into checking out Arbor Dental, as this is his dentist. I always feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends. I will always come back for my check-ups!
Best in the BAY I LOVE Mark and Connie! They have an amazing practice and really pay attention to detail and make sure thier clients are taken care of. I HATE NEEDLES and they always making sure I'm comfortable before and after a procedure. They take extra steps to make sure that I do not feel anything and should I (I'm difficult to numb up), they are quick to make sure that I am ok before proceeding further. Best dentists I've ever had! I've been seeing Mark and Connie at Arbor Dental Group since I moved to California eight years ago and I can't say enough good things about them. I've had a lifetime of dental problems and I've been to a LOT of dentists. Mark and Connie have worked on practically every tooth in my mouth at one point or another and they do great work. They are the best, period. We've been going here for many years, three kids and two adults, for a whole range of services. Dr. Mark, as well as the entire staff, are kind and caring and great. They always do their best to work within our situation to make everything as easy and as good as possible. I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for many years, and the staff is very friendly and quite competent. Dr's Ajlouni and Kais, are wonderful as Dentists, and also as people. I would highly recommend their expertise in all matters concerning dental procedures ! Thank you, think of you as family!!!
