As someone born and raised in Miami, living near Arbor Courts in Kendall has been a disappointing experience. The area has become way too overcrowded, and the traffic around here is a constant headache, turning even a quick drive into a frustrating slog. The sense of community I loved growing up in Miami feels lost here—there’s a noticeable lack of courtesy, with some residents refusing to speak English, which makes interactions harder than they should be. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para vivir, tiene un pequeño lago, sendero para caminar que llega a un parque con juegos para niños, hay mucho comercio, excelentes colegios y restaurantes
My abuelita lives here but what I can tell you as someone who lives in a gated community I would give it 5 stars bc it has a nice view, and the neighbors are really nice, and there's a park around the area and a lake this is an amazing place if your looking for a nice not to big townhouse and it's also great for biking
