I have found a new home in arbor lube I have resided in the north austin area for years and visited the Jiffy Lube service center on Lake Creek Pkwy and 183, and will NEVER return to a Jiffy Lube. I recently noticed that the facility seemed to have been remodeled. good place, but try to sell stuff you dont need I go to arbor car wash since its very close to my place. they do a good job in car wash, safety inspections and oil changes. one thing that really bothers me is they try to sell unnecessary stuff to you every time you are there.
Lousy job I kept going to Arbor because it is close to my house and it's pretty quick if you don't go during peak hours. The last trip was not good at all. My car was still dirty in places and they didn't empty the ashtray. I left it open so they would see it. When I got back in the car, it was closed and still full of butts. I requested fragrance which I did not get. They didn't vacuum the back floor either. All of this for $22. Costly repairs I have been a loyal customer for over two years now and have never had any major problems until recently. It's true that the interior rarely comes out as clean as one would hope but a major malfunction happened exactly 2 weeks after getting my oil changed there... my car died. they'll treat your car right There's a reason that Arbor Car Wash usually has a wait - they're THAT good! I make the drive there whenever it's time for a wash because I know that they'll treat my car like it's their baby too. My car always leaves their parking lot absolutely spotless - like I'd just driven it off the car lot. If you go during off-peak times, the wait isn't that bad and your car will never look better!
car wash best in the world I must admit I am a stickler for saving money, My first experience at Arbor was for a free car wash on the day of my birthday, they did such a wonderful job I have been back for oil changes and inspections, they are friendly and efficient.
