good place, but try to sell stuff you dont need I go to arbor car wash since its very close to my place. they do a good job in car wash, safety inspections and oil changes. one thing that really bothers me is they try to sell unnecessary stuff to you every time you are there. My boy friend went there with a 3 month old car and they tried to sell him air filter. we live in the city and the filter did not get dirty. He didn't buy it of course! auto detailing I make the trip just to get my car done at Arbor Car Wash and Lube Center. It is worth the drive. In one stop, you can get gas, oil changed, and a very good car wash all for a reasonable price. PROS: price service CONS: need more in town!
I have found a new home in arbor lube I have resided in the north austin area for years and visited the Jiffy Lube service center on Lake Creek Pkwy and 183, and will NEVER return to a Jiffy Lube. Scam I used Prime Lube for years. The location didn't change but the owners did. Now it's Arbor Lube. Today I was charged $51.99 - minus the (gracious) $5.00 discount and eventually paid $48.00+ for a simple oil change. The location was Pflugerville. Before, I would have been happy to pay the base rate of $34.99. Grant you, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to the over 75,000 Miles grade of oil and I accepted but wasn't told the extra price. wow all i can say is wow I like this place i can get everything done from my dents from the hail storm a couple months ago to getting mY oil changed and car washed and i got the wash for free ...I was surprised about how much i could do in tHAT ONE PLACE.
Lousy job I kept going to Arbor because it is close to my house and it's pretty quick if you don't go during peak hours. The last trip was not good at all. My car was still dirty in places and they didn't empty the ashtray. I left it open so they would see it. When I got back in the car, it was closed and still full of butts. I requested fragrance which I did not get. They didn't vacuum the back floor either. All of this for $22. C. Clary If you complain they threaten to call the police. Terrible experience. Paid $47 for car wash & interior cleaning. When I got home I noticed that the floor mats had not been bolted back down & there was trash under the front seat.
