they'll treat your car right There's a reason that Arbor Car Wash usually has a wait - they're THAT good! I make the drive there whenever it's time for a wash because I know that they'll treat my car like it's their baby too. My car always leaves their parking lot absolutely spotless - like I'd just driven it off the car lot. If you go during off-peak times, the wait isn't that bad and your car will never look better! PROS: great service CONS: sometimes reallllllly busy

car wash best in the world I must admit I am a stickler for saving money, My first experience at Arbor was for a free car wash on the day of my birthday, they did such a wonderful job I have been back for oil changes and inspections, they are friendly and efficient. PROS: Friendly and do a great job CONS: go there on off hours they get really busy

Costly repairs I have been a loyal customer for over two years now and have never had any major problems until recently. It's true that the interior rarely comes out as clean as one would hope but a major malfunction happened exactly 2 weeks after getting my oil changed there... my car died. C. Clary If you complain they threaten to call the police. Terrible experience. Paid $47 for car wash & interior cleaning. When I got home I noticed that the floor mats had not been bolted back down & there was trash under the front seat. When I took it in I specifically asked if chemicals were being used in the interior cleaning and the response was "No." Just compressed air. By the time I returned I was having asthmatic chest pain. grat service i always get the best service here. Even the shoe polish while I am waiting 4 my car is great. Hand wax is my favorite.

Scam I used Prime Lube for years. The location didn't change but the owners did. Now it's Arbor Lube. Today I was charged $51.99 - minus the (gracious) $5.00 discount and eventually paid $48.00+ for a simple oil change. The location was Pflugerville. Before, I would have been happy to pay the base rate of $34.99. Grant you, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to the over 75,000 Miles grade of oil and I accepted but wasn't told the extra price. wow all i can say is wow I like this place i can get everything done from my dents from the hail storm a couple months ago to getting mY oil changed and car washed and i got the wash for free ...I was surprised about how much i could do in tHAT ONE PLACE.

They came to your establishment because of change of owner ownership with other company. They were very happy to see how they were taken care of, from the moment they steped on your lot.
