Today I had my 6 month check up/cleaning at Dr Simon's office. As usual I was greeted with a smile and asked to come back to the first office on the right. Deb (dental hygienist) who has been instructing me on the best way to take care of my teeth was there today with more tid bits of info. I have been seeing Dr Simon and his staff for several years and wouldn't change for anything. Dr, Deb and I ask about our families, Dr and I share cooking tips then Deb does her cleaning routine. Everything was just fine. Allissa is terrific!
Everybody was so nice and helpful in the office today. Teri was helping me with the scheduling, and insurance questions. Debbie was very nice at explaining everything to me in detail; making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Simon was very nice and direct telling me with honesty exactly what I needed when I can afford it. Thanks to everybody for being so helpful and kind to me. It was a great experience; friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this practice to friends.
Went in for a cleaning, and it was good except that the new crown that I just got last month came out when the dental tech used her dental tool on it. Now, I have to back in to get a new crown - that means taking time off from work, and who's going to pay for the new crown? Who takes on that expense? I have to say I'm pretty worried - is my insurance going to cover this again? Not at all sure how this is going to work. Not happy about having to go back in for something like this.
