It was a great experience. The staff was very patient and friendly.
Basic respect and common courtesy seems to be a thing of the past at most of my previous doctors/dentists. From the moment I started going to Dr. Simon he has provider excellent service and I have never questioned his abilities as a Dr. But that's not why I continue to go to him. He tells me what I need to do to fix my problems but not in a way that is talking down to me. He talks to me, not at me. I really enjoyed Alyssa (spelling?) as my hygienist. She was thorough, helpful, informative, gentle, and kind. Always happy to see Dr. Simon, too! Happy Holiday
I was pleasantly surprised that Debbie had noticed my appointment was changed, and she reassigned the appointment to herself. I was concerned that I would be seeing someone different.
