A horrible man. Was rude, angry and extremely insensitive.
We recently moved to a new neighborhood, so we decided move to a practice closer to our home. We asked around and 7 out of the 10 families said, 'You'll LOVE Dr. Rush'. They were right, we LOVE Dr. Rush! We never have to wait for an appointment (they have same day slots), he spends as much time as we need, the kids are comfortable with him, and he's got a great bedside manner (funny, sweet, caring, and obviously skilled). He just sends the results to you and suggests further tests without explaining anything. I get data, not information. I have serious pain and sudden other side effects which are not being evaluated to my satisfaction.
Has no empathy. For my first new patient appointment, she did nothing. Wasn't prepared, asked me nothing, had no empathy, no bedside manners, and said if you have any problems, let's set up another appointment. And my insurance charged me for $470 for this!!!
First appointment as a patient, he asked if I was mad at him. What? I was anxious to be treated for my digestive health issues quite opposite, I was looking forward to visit him for a second opinion. He them gave me samples to take with instructions written on a brown paper bag. These were all laxatives. I informed him I get diarrhea with laxatives. He insisted, that’s the only way to work with my constipation issues. I was diagnosed by my previous GI doctor for IBS and Leaky gut with constipation and diarrhea. I don’t belie... read more
Dr. Jensen is hands down the best shoulder surgeon. He listens and I never felt rushed. I had some calcium buildup and a tear in my rotator cuff with a ton of arthritis. He is knowledgeable and I trust his opinions and care. Thank you Dr. J!
I don't recommend Dr. Wu, unless you have a perfectly healthy and fine baby. She's friendly and will take the time to answer questions, but if things get difficult/tricky, I wouldn't trust her to make the best decisions for your baby. I had some issues with my baby and i found her to be dismissive and lacking in compassion. Had I worked with another pediatrician, I think I could've avoided a lot of horrible experiences I had to go through with my baby due to many poor decisions and directions from Dr. Wu.
