Zero communication, response time was awful.
Following a diagnosis of Heart Failure and an upgrade to my pacemaker, my doctors prescribed presciptions that raised my daily number to 7, 2 of which I had to take both morning and night. My distress was that I was spending much of my day in bed after breakfast and until c 3pm, and not sleeping well at night with many lengthy awakenings.He studied my 7 prescriptions, found I was taking two Rx in AM which reduced my blood pressure, and moved one of them from morning to evening. Dr. Tseng is very patient and takes the time to explain the function and physiology of the heart in a way that’s easy to understand for non medical professionals. I very much appreciate his kindness and willingness to answer questions fully.
I have been seeing Dr. Chahal for the last 14 years. I like how he gives you options and doesnt stop until he figures out whats wrong. One thing I really appreciated was that he gave me a pill for my colonoscopy so I wouldnt have to drink that disgusting liquid. I refer him to my family and friends.

I've been seeing Dr. Tseng for almost 30 years, and not only has he had great bedside manner and is very personable, but my cholesterol is under control, my calcium score is great, and I have no heart issues, by following his guidance over these years.
I saw him for the first time for a consult and I felt listened to and reassured by Dr. McWhirter re: my cardiac problem. He was very easy to communicate with. I'll be following up with him in 1 month after more tests are completed. I'm so grateful to have a such an experienced and well educated Cardiologist here in Fort Bragg
He is extremely arrogant, and he works for insurance companies, who cater to him in exchange for denying benefits to workers' compensation patients. He has a long history of writing negative reports for these insurers, claiming that individuals are not injured or less injured than they actually are, in order to serve the interests of the insurance companies and himself.
