I've tried to give this office many chances. From missing referrals to horrible front desk staff, to long waits. I feel compelled to warn others of the mistreatment and conduct of this office. Save your time and find another doctor's office to visit as coming here will just raise your blood pressure.

My mom had an appointment today and I drive all the way there for them to tell me that the doctor that referred my mom never sent in pre authorization. Something they could have told me we needed when I called to schedule the appointment or even called prior to the appointment to make us aware they needed even in the reminder messages I was told to only bring id referral and insurance card.
