I set an appointment with a specialist a doctor. However, when I was in the office 3 optometrist checked my eyes . I thought the last one was the doctor but nobody let me know until I asked the 3er optometrist if she was the doctor and she said no I’m not. Doctors only come here every three months in this office . Cuando me llaman me dicen que perdone, hubo un error el medico había puesto en lls registros la cita al año y por alguna razón me habian dado una cita antes. After dealing with their poorly written AI phone maze for over an hour I'm done with this office. What a joke to get a hold of anyone or to get anything done. It's never ending options and robots, then no one answers the other end of any of the options. Probably not getting routed properly.

My mother had a very disappointing experience today at the Miramar location of Aran Eye Associates. Her appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM for an important retina evaluation related to a serious eye condition connected to rheumatoid arthritis. She arrived on time, completed all paperwork, and waited patiently while multiple other patients were called before her.
