My mother had a very disappointing experience today at the Miramar location of Aran Eye Associates. Her appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM for an important retina evaluation related to a serious eye condition connected to rheumatoid arthritis. She arrived on time, completed all paperwork, and waited patiently while multiple other patients were called before her. The pressure in my eye was a bit high so I was told to go to an ophthalmologist. I did. Everything was normal. Come back in the air
Fue terrible desde las asistentes hasta el doctor muy mal trato perdi mi dia de trabajo por asistir a mi cita y resulta q cuando llegue me dijeron no t podemos atender porq te falta una autorizacion de tu medico principal front desk me dijo llamalo tu si quieres que te vean hoy. No volveria a esa clinica, valoro mucho la atencion y el trato que me dan como paciente .
This place is a Joke there is no respect for others . The wait time is ridiculous, Both times i have gone the doctor is on lunch while pésele are waiting. Instead of having a specific time for their breaks to respect the patients. I personally have to do a surgery that has been rescheduled 3 times without my notification. Is like they are playing around with my health . My issue is very concerning to me and i am scared for my well being how ever this doesn’t seem to matter to them.
