The service is awful! They always have a bad attitude or seem like they don’t want to be there even when I call to make sure they have what I need it’s like I asked to pull the girls front tooth! I hate that for a black business. The hair is nice though.

Please don’t. Super thin, and I know today’s bundles are thin but these were unacceptably thin (especially for body wave). I first had an inkling that the hair was bad because I bought 1 bundle to add to my Kendra’s Boutique hair to make it fuller. I immediately started experiencing snagging, which I NEVER had an issue with. I then did a full install with this hair which was a mistake! the hair is staticky, it snags, it’s super thin. Not worth the money at all. Get Kendra’s. You cannot convince me this is 3 bundles. Just sad... read more

Cancelled everyone’s order because there was a glitch on pricing on their end. Very unprofessional the hair they have is the hair other stylist have will be taking myself and family members else where!!!! Then ignored it when confronted about it. Not sure what’s going on with their company lately but I heard it’s going in a different direction. Obviously mess

I've been buying hair from this place since 2020 and the hair was extremely good but the last two times i've purchased closures and bundles haven't been so great! Coloring the hair is horrible and the shedding of the closures is the same horrible! I've neve had this problem before. We pay too much money for these bundles to experience this! I'm not sure you if you all have changed vendors but I used to buy hair and it would last for over two to three years! This year of buying hair hasn't been a great experience at all.
