Excellent customer service and overall experience with the dealership.
Dialed the number listed and was told the car was at their other location. He called over to be sure and called me back to verify. So I drove over there, 40 minutes in rush hour traffic to find that the owner took the car home days ago and that no one had called over. I'm not proud of my words of reaction at location 2 or my call back to location 1. But I do not appreciate being lied to and caused to waste hours of my time driving around in traffic. Mr Daniels- Unfortunately, had you called the person who emailed you and left you a message to call them back, this miscommunication would have been avoided. p.s. The vehicle was taken from the lot late Saturday night which was less than 8 hours of business time.

I did not have time for a visit with this dealership, however the response was quick.
Vary good
More than any other dealership I've encountered, AR Motorsport was professional & honest. They answered my questions in a straightforward manner which elisited trust. The used cars they sell are clean examples of fine cars. I hope we complete our present business!
I initially submitted my contact info and interest in a particular vehicle through car guru. I was never contacted. I called after a couple days, the vehicle was still available, so i went and test drove. The vehicle was represented well in the pics and i was interested in buying. I was looking to finance but would have paid cash. The sales rep was barely responsive and didn't return a single follow up phone call as promised.
