THE best hair salon in NYC! – I've been a faithful client since they first opened, close to 4yrs ago. Staff is extremely skilled, polite and accomodating; they go out of their way to make you feel special. Atmosphere/vibe is fresh, young--and the music is great! best salon in Chelsea – I went to AR HAIR SALON on a whim. I was in the neighborhood and I needed a hair cut . I walked in and was lucky enough to be able to return the same day for a cut. I was impressed with the salon after watching the Samis work .I decided to give it a try. While waiting I looked at some style magazines and picked up a few tips by watching the stylist work. Well my hair turned out great, I got a hot new do and the feeling I was ready to take on the city!! Thanks .
amazing hairstyling – I came into the salon one day not knowing it existed and i took a chance by getting a haircut and highlights done by Sam. I walked out with a big satisfaction. i was very happy to find a place where i could relax and not worry about controlling the stylist on his work. The salon was very clean and modern. best cut ever – I found this lovely hair salon on city search a few months ago. My friend and I went there for color correction, cuts, and blow outs. We left the salon with a different look at an amazing price! We both have thick, wavey, dark hair, and they gave us hair styles that were trendy and managable. Outstanding – It took several tries to find a great haircut that I could afford in the city. I've been going to AR for over 2 years now. Even though I moved out of Chelsea, I still go back to AR. Sam is fantastic.
User review by freidman – I don't have time to visit salons - I work till 6. But the customers in AR are welcome till late evening. They made a beautiful haircut for me. Everybody was very attentive and they even have wine complimentary. I highly recommend this place.
