On Yhe Contrary – Last Spring i purchased an Aquatic Pool. I have been completely satisfied not only the quality but also the service provided. They gave me a 6 to 8 week completion time frame and they hit a home run! My family was in and swimming in 6 weeks 2 days. although with all the anticipation with my children it did feel like a decade. ACCOLADES – Aquatic Pools built me a beautiful swimming pool and spa over 20 years ago .They are both of utmost quality and have exceeded our every expectations. They are both heated by solar, installed by Aquatic, which have made for greatly reduced operating costs. Anyone considering installing a pool or spa should definitely give Aquatic Pools an opportunity to excel again.
avoid aquatic at all costs – I was promised my pool would be done in 4 weeks. I was skeptical...but now we are in our 4th MONTH and my pool still has not been what I would call "complete". My solar panel has leaked since day one. I've made 9, yes NINE requests to get it fixed. I still have not been delivered a testing kit. My final inspection has not been done. Boneheads at best.... – As I read through all the reviews, I can relate to many if not all of them. There is not a lot of deep thinking going on within this company. Ron is a great guy, but his company gives him a very bad name. Extremely poor customer service, never answer phones or return phone calls when vm's are left. Now...in all fairness...When they installed the gunnite on our pool, they didn't bother to check the forcast and installed it during 40 mph winds which caused it to fracture badly. Squeaky wheels – You rarely hear from satisfied customers. We have no reason to go to a public forum to vent frustration. Yeah, just dig a hole and fill it with water. What could be simpler? Well, once digging and construction begins, there are certain to be some unforseen problems. I must say that from my experience, Aquatic Pools took care of every snag that was encountered. Poor pool services and customer service – Wrong parts, dont answer their phones. hard to schedule services, they do not connect with the pool install base for follows ups or Preventative maintenance.. If i were to do over again I would go with someone else.

We apologize for any problems ever encountered by our valued customers. The company experienced many problems during 2008 and many mistakes were made. New staff has been brought in to address customer service.
Avoid at all cost – Though Aquatic seems to have the new construction and contracting industry underwater about the quality of pools that they build, they certainly do not have the residential community fooled. As many people as I know that have a pool built by Aquatic would quickly tell you that you do not get what you paid for. The work is not done timely nor is the "custom pool" anything that you thought you were getting. Once the contract is written and the check is cashed, you get what they want you to have. Dishonest and Incompetent – The only thing this company did on time was cash my checks. They said they would be done in six weeks, they were not done in six months- after two years there are still issues they refuse to resolve. They said they could do the pool as we wanted, then after they cashed our first check, they started saying they couldn't do things they said they would do.
